CitiLink’s NOC (Network Operations Center)
includes 24x7x365 network monitoring and
management capabilities. The NOC not only
supports the installation of our customers
but also monitors and manages the overall
health and well-being of our network.
Alarms are generated and emails are sent
at the first hint of any trouble and our
reaction is immediate and complete.
CitiLink’s Customer and Technical support
team located in our NOC provides first
level support to our customers. The second
level of service is performed by our local
Field Engineers. CitiLink’s
technical support is offered at no
additional cost and is included with our
services.
